A. According to the law, Cube Wallet will process and retain personal information for the period agreed by its user.

According to the related law, information related to registration and management will be recorded in each separate DB (database) and will be used and retained for its appropriate purpose and period.
Chapter 5. Deleting personal information
Cube Wallet will promptly delete user’s personal information when the purpose of use is satisfied. Following are deleting process, period, and its method
1. Deleting process
After its purpose is satisfied, user information will be transcribed to its separate DB and be immediately deleted after being recorded for certain time period according to the related law. Personal information transcribed to the DB will not be used for any other purposes unless required by related law.
2. Deleting period
User’s information will be deleted within 5 days after the end of retaining period. If the information is deemed unnecessary, it will be deleted within 5 days after decision date.
3. Method of deletion
Electronic form of information will be deleted by the technical method, which makes the record irretrievable. Personal information in the paper form will be shredded or burned.
Chapter 6. User’s right
User, his legal representatives may exercise following rights as the owner of such information.
1. Owner of the information may exercise his right by requesting access to, revision of, deletion of, and usage refusal of his personal information.
2. Owner of the information may limit the use of his information by revoking his consent.
3. Exercise of the right stated in 1 is permitted through paper, electronic mail, or fax, and Cube Wallet will promptly process the request.
4. Exercise of the right stated in 1 is permitted through the owner’s legal representatives or authorized agent. According to Personal Information Protection Act, such person is required to submit letter of authorization.
5. Revision or deletion request of personal information may not be granted if its collection is required by other related law.
6. Cube Wallet will verify the identity of the person requesting the access, revision, deletion, or usage refusal of the information according to his right.

1. For customized service, Cube Wallet will use cookies, which records and retrieve user’s information.

Cube Wallet provides technical, managerial, and physical means to secure the safety according to Section 29 of Personal Information Protection Act.

Regular internal auditing (every quarter) is in place to secure safety related to personal information.
2. Technical measure against cyberattack such as hacking
Cube Wallet installs security program to prevent personal information leakage and deletion by hacking or computer viruses and provides technical/physical security by installing the system in controlled area away from outside access.
3. Encryption of personal information
User’s personal information is stored and controlled by encrypted password which only the user knows. Security function is used to encrypt transfer data and provide locked function.
4. Storing and preventing forgery of access records
Stores and manages records of personal processing system for at least six months and provide security function to prevent forgery, theft, and loss of access records.
5. Limited access to personal information
Cube Wallet will be granting, changing, and deleting authority to access database system which processes personal information, providing necessary measures of controlled personal information access from outside.
6. Use of locked function for document protection
Documents with personal information or supplementary storing devices are stored in safe area.

iv. Issues, stores, transfers, tracks, and manages Tokens issued or acquired
5. Cube Scan (“Scan”) refers to the services with following functions:
i. Confirms and tracks transfer and acquisition of Coins
ii. Provides various statistical chart of total transaction (ie. Issue and transfer) within the platform
6. All platform services are controlled by the program protocol. Service fees and other transaction fees are paid to mining participants of the Company

iii. Domain transfer
iv. Escrow usage
8. Mining refers to the participating in encryption process in exchange for Coins
9. Power of Work (“POW”) refers to mining open for the public

2. All service provided by Cubechain may be suspended without prior notice for accounts that have acquired Coins or Tokens unfairly, and the service will not be resumed unless the activity that caused suspension is clarified for a clear reason.

The Services may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features (collectively, "Interactive Services") that allow users to post, submit, publish, display or transmit to other users or other persons (hereinafter, "post") content or materials (collectively, "User Contributions") on or through the Services.

ARTICLE XX (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Cube Wallet will use user’s personal information according to the scope of use stated in 2-1. Cube Wallet will not use user’s personal information beyond the stated scope without user’s prior consent and will not release user’s personal information to the 3rd parties except for the following cases:

A. According to the law, Cube Wallet will process and retain personal information for the period agreed by its user.

2. Retaining personal information according to the related law
According to the related law, information related to registration and management will be recorded in each separate DB (database) and will be used and retained for its appropriate purpose and period.
Chapter 5. Deleting personal information
Cube Wallet will promptly delete user’s personal information when the purpose of use is satisfied. Following are deleting process, period, and its method
1. Deleting process
After its purpose is satisfied, user information will be transcribed to its separate DB and be immediately deleted after being recorded for certain time period according to the related law. Personal information transcribed to the DB will not be used for any other purposes unless required by related law.
2. Deleting period
User’s information will be deleted within 5 days after the end of retaining period. If the information is deemed unnecessary, it will be deleted within 5 days after decision date.
3. Method of deletion
Electronic form of information will be deleted by the technical method, which makes the record irretrievable. Personal information in the paper form will be shredded or burned.
Chapter 6. User’s right
User, his legal representatives may exercise following rights as the owner of such information.
1. Owner of the information may exercise his right by requesting access to, revision of, deletion of, and usage refusal of his personal information.
2. Owner of the information may limit the use of his information by revoking his consent.
3. Exercise of the right stated in 1 is permitted through paper, electronic mail, or fax, and Cube Wallet will promptly process the request.
4. Exercise of the right stated in 1 is permitted through the owner’s legal representatives or authorized agent. According to Personal Information Protection Act, such person is required to submit letter of authorization.
5. Revision or deletion request of personal information may not be granted if its collection is required by other related law.
6. Cube Wallet will verify the identity of the person requesting the access, revision, deletion, or usage refusal of the information according to his right.

1. For customized service, Cube Wallet will use cookies, which records and retrieve user’s information.
2. “Cookies” is the small information sent by the server to its user’s browser and is recorded in its user’s computer hard drive.
A. Purpose of cookies use: Analyzing information of each service and website that user visited, popular search words, and security access to provide optimized information for the user.

Cube Wallet provides technical, managerial, and physical means to secure the safety according to Section 29 of Personal Information Protection Act.
1. Regular internal auditing
Regular internal auditing (every quarter) is in place to secure safety related to personal information.
2. Technical measure against cyberattack such as hacking
Cube Wallet installs security program to prevent personal information leakage and deletion by hacking or computer viruses and provides technical/physical security by installing the system in controlled area away from outside access.
3. Encryption of personal information
User’s personal information is stored and controlled by encrypted password which only the user knows. Security function is used to encrypt transfer data and provide locked function.
4. Storing and preventing forgery of access records
Stores and manages records of personal processing system for at least six months and provide security function to prevent forgery, theft, and loss of access records.
5. Limited access to personal information
Cube Wallet will be granting, changing, and deleting authority to access database system which processes personal information, providing necessary measures of controlled personal information access from outside.
6. Use of locked function for document protection
Documents with personal information or supplementary storing devices are stored in safe area.
7. Controlling unauthorized access
Cube Wallet will create physical storage area for personal information and Operating process for controlled access area.
